ABOUT ME.

thank you so much for spending your time to come to this page,
my name is erica, im 20 year old (she/her).
i really like graphic design and hope i can grow in it. currently everything i've done hAS BEEN self-taught, i do plan on attending a tech school in fall 2021. but since the world is crashing its hard to tell when that will really happen.

im proud in everything i've done but also hope to only ever grow more and more. thankfully i'm in a good community, and i sometimes feel inspired by others to work harder.

PROJECT: YOUTHROOM X BLUE DREAM.

never did i think that so early in my path to be a graphic designer that i will be able to oo something like this.

who is blue dream? what is this project about?
BLUE DREAM is a fansite, that goes to concerts (bts') and takes photos of the member j-hope. fansites are a really big thing in korea (as thats where the group is from) they will sometimes do projects for their birthdays or anniversary. in this case one contacted me for my help in a subway ad in south korea.

this was a really big project and honestly if it wasn't for this ad i wouldn't be using photoshop. i had to learn so much stuff so quickly due to deadlines. and it was insanely hard. since i had just open photoshop for the first time for this project, and as photoshop users know... theres a lot of buttons.

i used 85% procreate for this project then the rest was thanks to photoshop. but in this case i will openly admit, this wasn't my best work. i see this and i see how it could be better and from this i also gain inspiration. but this project only humbles me because it reminds me i came from nothing.
